Pricing is generally 2 cents per square foot or less! If the size of the treated area is somewhere between the sizes noted on the chart below, then the price per treatment will be priced accordingly. For example, if the the area treated is 3,500 SF then the price would be $74.00. Sales tax will be added to each charge.
Note: By the time you account for house, garage, sidewalks, driveway, porches, patio, etc, the typical Lubbock yard has about 3,500 to 4,000 SF of turf area to be treated.
Credit card on file - your credit card will be charged upon the completion of each treatment and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Personal Check Option 1 - if you prefer to pay with a check, payment for the year is required in advance. If you start service after the first treatment, then you just pay for the remaining number of treatments that are scheduled for the remainder of the year. Once the next year begins you pay annually. If you move or decide to stop service, then the unused portion of the annual payment will be returned to you on a prorated basis.
Personal Check Option 2 - if you prefer to pay "as-you-go with a check" for each treatment, then the payment is required in advance and a $5.00 administrative fee will be added.
Commercial Accounts and Landlords - method of payment will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
